Welcome to the Club Excellence Tenure Rewards program! At Nissan, we recognize that, you, our Frontline dealership staff are at the core of bringing our Nissan Customer Experience to life every day, and we recognize and value your loyalty and contribution. As a gesture of our appreciation to you, we are pleased to celebrate your Years of Service with Nissan through the Club Excellence Tenure Rewards Program. We hope you enjoy your Reward and thank you once again for your valuable contribution to Nissan!

Please ensure you follow the guidelines below:

-          The booking window will be open from July 24th to August 7th only; please ensure you complete your Checkout during this window. If you miss inputting your selection, you will be included in the next round of Tenure Rewards booking, planned quarterly.

-          Please select your Reward item from the appropriate category below, add it to your cart, and complete the Checkout process in order to ensure prompt receipt of your chosen item.

-          Choose your Reward item only from the appropriate tenure category, as per your documented years of service. Please refer to the personalized email you received from <Insert sender email here> to confirm your years of service.

-          Choose only 1 Reward item. For 30+ years, please choose per the instructions in your personalized email.

-          During checkout, complete your Name exactly as it appears in your Club Excellence profile/Nissan EMS (Passport) system, being careful on abbreviations or punctuation. To verify the spelling in the Nissan systems, please check with your dealership administrator

-          During checkout, please use your dealership address within the Shipping fields; all items will be shipped to your dealership regardless of which address is input in the Shipping fields

-          Orders which are placed in categories outside your appropriate tenure category, or of multiple items, will be immediately cancelled. If your order is cancelled, you can place a new order so long as the booking window is still open. If you do not place a revised new order within the booking window, you will need to wait until the next Tenure Rewards Program booking, planned quarterly. NO EXCEPTIONS.
